A man who received oral sex on a train from a female passenger he saw performing a sex act in the carriage has been convicted over the lewd act.
Shane Brennan, 38, said he started speaking to a woman with a 'mad body' on the platform before he engaged in a sex act with her on the train during a late morning service in December.
Australian media reported the woman asked Brennan, reportedly a dad-of-three from Woollongong, New South Wales, who is said to be in a relationship, "I'm horny, will you f*** me," but he declined.
However, when the 38-year-old saw the woman performing a sex act in an empty carriage he was said to have approached her before she performed oral sex on him.
Brennan reportedly returned to his seat after the encounter and was unaware the pair's obscene antics were caught on CCTV cameras.
The Illawarra Mercury reported train staff waiting for Brennan Wollongong Railway Station saw him holding his exposed genitals on the train.
Workers also noticed a "large and disgusting" liquid mess on the carriage floor, they suspected was urine, it was reported.
However, Brennan told police when they arrived that he spilled his coke before admitting he splashed it over his penis to "clean myself up", it was claimed.
"I got a b*** job on the train and I was rinsing my c*** off,” he reportedly told officers.
On Tuesday, Brennan admitted willful and obscene exposure and behaving in an offensive manner at Wollongong Local Court, the Mercury reported.
He was fined $700 (£395) and placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond - effectively a suspended sentence.
Speaking after he was convicted, he told Daily Mail Australia : "How many f***ing men would have knocked it back?
"The woman on the train was pretty horny and ready to go....
"If she didn't offer me nothing I wouldn't have f***ing done it."
Brennan said he was unaware if the woman, who reportedly confirmed his version of events, was punished over the liasion.
