North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper issued an executive order Tuesday to close all bars and restaurant dining rooms in the state amid the coronavirus outbreak. Businesses can continue to offer delivery, take-out and drive-thru options.

Cooper's order, which is expected to go into effect at 5 p.m. Tuesday, will also include the expansion of unemployment insurance to help workers affected by COVID-19.
