The city is awash with Bruins regalia.
Fervent hockey fans have been celebrating the hometown team’s appearance in the Stanley Cup Final this week by draping statues and sculptures with Bruins garb, painting manhole covers with the “B” logo, and recreating a Game 1 watch party and celebration using nothing but Lego bricks. And after Monday night’s 4-2 win against the St. Louis Blues, it’s fair to say that the excitement surrounding the championship series will only intensify leading into Game 2 on Wednesday.
