Android 10 is now already out, leaving the ball in Apple's courtyard. Apple's big September event with all new iPhones is near, and so is the official release of iOS 13 to all eligible devices. iOS 13 drops support for some aging iPhone models, which will be stuck on iOS 12 forever. Here's what Apple devices will be updated with iOS 13:
