Samsung released its high-end Galaxy Tab S6 not long ago and Apple is reportedly preparing an updated iPad Pro lineup. Now, a report by 91Mobiles suggests Huawei is also readying a new high-end tablet thatll presumably arrive early next year.Expected to be marketed as the MediaPad M7, leaked renders of Huaweis next-generation tablet reveal a tall display with rounded corners paired with pretty slim bezels, much like Apples iPad Pro. These bezels appear large enough to house a front-facing camera and any other necessary sensors but, for some reason, Huawei has selected a punch hole design.

The rear of the high-end tablet is seemingly carved out of aluminum and features a vertical camera setup in the top-left corner. The low quality of todays renders means it cant clearly be seen but the module does appear to house two sensors and an LED flash. Other external details include bottom-firing speakers and a USB-C port. Its unclear if a 3.5mm headphone jack is present.

Other details include compatibility with Huaweis magnetic keyboard and an improved M-Pen which will presumably be introduced alongside the tablet. In an Apple Pencil-like fashion, Huaweis stylus connects magnetically to the side of the tablet and presumably charges wirelessly.

The MediaPad M7s specifications are yet to leak but its expected to arrive powered by the new Kirin 990 paired with a minimum of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
