At least 20 people have been injured in a shooting at a Florida high school, local media is reporting.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, about 72 kilometres north of Miami, has been placed on a "code red" lockdown but had no information on victims, a spokeswoman for the county sheriff's office said.
The sheriff's office said on Twitter that the shooter was still at large.
Dozens of police and emergency officials surrounded the building as students fled.
More to come.
