Chris Hemsworth loves to post a cheeky workout video to his Instagram every now and then he does have a workout app to promote, after all.

This week the Thor star uploaded a photo of himself flipping a tyre, his giant biceps the main focal point of the picture.

While most people in the comments enjoyed the photo, Chris Pratt had something else to say.

"Hey bud," the Guardians of the Galaxy actor commented. "Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop working out because since we're gonna be in the same movie and everything, he doesn't want me to stand next to you if you look like that so I'm gonna need you to put on 25 lbs real quick cool thanks," he wrote.

Hemsworth and Pratt are both set to star in the upcoming Marvel film Thor 4.

Hemsworth responded: "Don't worry mate we can just both use the same fancy filter that's been applied here. It's called Instashred."

This month, Variety confirmed that Pratt will reprise his role from the Marvel franchise as Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord, in the next instalment of the Thor series, in which Hemsworth plays the title character.

After being delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Thor: Love and Thunder is set to begin filming in Australia in January 2021, and be released in February the following year.
